Bradley J. Nattrass

Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Bradley J. Nattrass is one of our founders and has been our Chief Executive Officer and Chairperson of our Board since March 2017. Mr. Nattrass was our Managing Member from March 2014 until March 2017 when we converted to a corporation. From October 2015 to August 2016, he was the Managing Member of enviro-glo, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company engaged in the manufacturing and branding of commercial lighting products. Previously, from January 2012 through August 2016, he was the Managing Member of Bravo Lighting, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company engaged in the distribution of commercial lighting products. Mr. Nattrass received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary in marketing in 1995 and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2001.

Dick Akright

Chief Financial Officer

Dick Akright joined urban-gro as CFO in August 2019. With 30+ years of experience in roles such as managing director and CFO, Mr. Akright combines his financial expertise with backgrounds in business development, operations, and P&L management to develop effective strategies to accomplish urban-gro’s corporate goals and objectives. Mr.Akright received his MBA from Colorado State University following his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Illinois University.

Jason “JT” Archer

Chief Operating Officer

JT Archer serves as the Chief Operating Officer for urban-gro, an integrated professional services and Design Build firm. A successful leader with a track record of building effective and cost-efficient organizations, JT oversees operations across all business units and disciplines to deliver profitable results. Before joining urban-gro in 2022 as the Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Chief of Staff, JT worked in construction and real estate development with a large cannabis MSO. His background also includes executive leadership roles in the technology, software, and telecom sectors.



JT’s depth of experience driving business results in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, development and construction management, and organizational optimization is key to successfully defining and executing against urban-gro’s business goals and objectives. JT is a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver with a degree in business and received a master’s in management from the University of Colorado, Denver.
